Hey!!
I used to have a Zinc tape, long gone. Can't remember the rave (helpful, I know) but, although I don't believe it's the beginning of the set, the first tune on the tape is Freenote.
On this tape there was a song, at least i think it was on this tape, which I cannot find anywhere from googling.
Female vocal, lyrics which I can recall in part:
...I'm looking fly tonight I'm sexy, for myself I'm not looking for a man....
...rolling with the drum and with the base...
... Found this little place where I can be myself....
It's basically about a girl being hit on at a rave, but she just wants to dance.
Help! This has been doing my head in for too long .
