Was working on this one before i got chan-chan'd so not as wife-friendly as the salsa effort !! spent the early hours laying it out, should move some air !! Had a particular sound i first heard in hoxton sq. a few years back :mad:

Does the amen sound out of control on occasion !? Is the snare vs bass level not right ? The vocal snippets too deep in mix ?
 
cheers chap. There are a few kicks in the track, will have to work on the blend i guess, the last thing i did before uploading the clip was turn down the bass for some reason, will have to address that, might do a fresh mixdown.
 
the samples congas and the bass before the drop is nice! the amen is nicely layered, you might want to bring the level of the kick slightly down a bit, nice work.

nice work, need more sparkle & snap on your hats and snare, bit of punch maybe to, to bring out the 1.2/1.4 snares, good work tho, wikid soundscape
