Can anyone identify the track i have attached.

Its from 96-97, Fabio and Grooverider used to play it so it can't be too obscure. Someone must know something about it!!??!!!

Ive got it. But the clip is so short i can't remember the name. I know we put it out at Vinyl back in the days.
It would be something like a Skanna tune or something similair. I will investigate....
