Multi Genre Top three all-time favorite albums?

Cant narrow down to personal a top 3, but for a newbie recommendation you need to have

Goldie/Metalheadz - Timeless
Roni Size/Reprazent - New Forms

even if you don't like them (which is pretty much impossible) they're like the foundations of the genre in album form, yet to be bettered imo
