I think it could use some variance. From 0:44 to 1:20 there is nothing happening but the bass, no leads, no pads, no athmospheric background noise. And that pretty much goes on for the whole track. Add some flavour to the track.

But since I have a tinnitus myself, I find the title very catchy!

Nice tune, reese is lovely (perhaps slightly too loud). I'd say the drums need improving a bit - add some more shuffley percussion and groove in there. I like the switchup in the bass around 1.30. Cool tune though
