what do you use to produce?

Thanks for the feedback neomind, we greatly appreciate it. What specifically about the drums did you feel needed improvement? For example, did you feel there were not enough percussive elements or not enough fillls?

Also, we use Logic 9 for everything as well as a couple 3rd party synth plugs.

Yup, definitely agree with Neo. With reworked drums(less heavy more dancefloor/cheese liquid orientated, also more rolling percussion) the tune could be a dancefloor killer.

Love it, but I also feel like the drums are lacking a bit.

I think the issue is the snare. It lacks presence. It has kind of a low-end muddied sound to it. A snare with a nice snap and hitting the higher end would help it cut through the mix and really drive home the energy in a track like this.
