This is getting kind of annoying. You send one PM, then when you go send another you get this:

Obviously its to stop spamming but is it really necessary? surely if people are getting spam PMs they can be reported and the user banned. Having to wait 5 minutes when you are trying to have a conversation is fucking nuts imo.

Done, I've set it a lot higher for privileged users and a little higher for registered users. Thanks for letting us know about this!

I report all the annoying 'what do you think of this song?' 'does this sound pro?' threads in the main dnb forum and gay bots and stuff but not seen any for a while
