Usually that is the case, as per your contract. However please note that leave during these occasions is only granted for genuine medical reasons. You line manager has determined that your leave was not due to medical reasons and as such we cannot grant leave on this occasion

not a sackable affence is it .... companies have shot themselves in the foot to protect their employees ... to me yes he should be but at the end of the day ... it'll only be a disaplinary action either a verbal or written ... sucks i know but as i said companies allow people to do this kind of action and get away with it .... becoming more like school is biznes ... sad isnt it :rinsed::wave:

germans are good at biznes ... the uk corporate market place has become a joke , they allow what used to be "the suited and booted prargade" now go into work dressed in casual clothes , allow them "flexi time" at home to work when u blantanly know there out shopping etc when u call them ........ the uk needs to fix up ,...
put some backbone pride back into this country before we allow the uneducated , dont give a shit chav tastic , do nothing want everything getting fat slob types ruin this once lovely country

my boss had tried to add me on facebook a couple of times, ive just ignored them though..

its bad enough my dad seeing pictures of me quite clearly fucked
