been trying to replicate this high pitched almost drill like sound and im getting nowhere it sounds horrible. thinking some pitched up saws or something cant suss it

just sounds like resonance to me mate. try getting the low end part of the sound, then adding a filter insert (something a little more nuts than most, not your bog standard lowpass - Reason's Scream, for example) and resonating the shit out of it. might achieve something similar...
