Just started this one, I'm thinking of dropping the buildup as it's a bit trancesq, I went for a more tribal feel on the drums.

for a track like this i keep wanting to hear the snare a lot snappier and hi passed. try layering a clap over it or whitenoise or both

add some breaks behind the drums to make them roll and carry the beat. good start tho, good luck

Yeah cool idea however the drums need a lot of improvement. The kick sounds so FAT and slow... it "slows down" the whole track I think. Maybe another punchier sample with less sub will do! As mentioned above a nice break in the background will improve this pretty much in my oppinion.
