    Saw it Saturday...

Kinda dissapointed in that it wasnt AMAZING. It was ok.

The effects were shit hot ...but the acting was a bit piss poor at times. And there were some fukin cringable Yoda moments in it....

Count Grievas was nice tho! The best CGI animation ever.

Dont think ill be arsed to see it again.

Still, it was the best out of the new ones...

I loved it when anikin kills the "youngelings" not because of what he's actually doing but the darkness of that whole scene was pretty heavy "master anikin, there are too many of them" (WHHAANNNNGGG) (hooded anikin shot) nice!

I saw the first Star Wars when it was still in the cinemas in '80. I fell asleep watching phantom menace on video after 45 minutes and heard attack of the cliones was not good either. :missile:

This one looks awesome visually, is it really the best of the new ones? cause that still isnt saying much in my opinion ... but I don't wanna get down on it until I hear a bit more or go see it.

I love special effects, but of all the actors who wuld kill to be in a star wars flick, why do they always get such wooden dummies? even ewan mcgregor is shit in what i've seen of the others.

in any case, it really is the end of an era i guess now they're all done

I watched it sozzled and quite enjoyed it.

Negative - MUCH TOO MUCH CGI in places where it was absolutely not needed - i.e. interiors.

Positive - A lot of nice touches in the script and loads of light sabers.

One thing I noticed - Obi Wan Kenobi can't fight when he's got a friend with him (gets thrown about and beaten up) but when he starts fighting alone - he become unstoppable.

I mean he kicks Ani's butt by himself after being defeated in an earlier scene by a wall falling on him...

Oh yeah, you know why Obi "Old Ben" Kenobi grew to look so old after only 17 years on Tattoine?

    He had a drug problem...

    Trainspotting...
