I feel foolish! I knew I should have spent my money on this instead of a mixer and turntables.

I bet this is shit for drum & bass. My guess is that the auto-beatmatching won't work properly with breakbeats.

I've read that it takes a lot of time to master. It's nice to play with but you can't beat the analog version.

the only problem with the auto beatmatching is that it calculates the bpm of dnb tunes double, with house you get the precise bpm, and with dnb its like 372.5 so thats why i dj mainly house (deadmau5) cos the atuo beatmatching is not double.

the output quality is pretty bad on the pacemaker, i've heard it used on quite a few occasions, over big rigs (f1/opus/turbosound) and it sounds crunchy and distorted...that may have been down to the unit being pushed to hard, but to me it sounded like mp3 compression (distorted n crunchy highs, muddy phased-like bass). maybe they have updated it since, for fun i guess its kool, but meh

With a $400-$600 price tag you might as well get a PS3 or other game console if you're lookin for fun.

I'm sure they paid him 'nuff cubes to say that. Mind you he'd probably sell his own soul for a couple of stock cubes. He loves cubes

Yeah, he's rather odd. Just annoys me to see DJ's championing products that they don't ever use.
