The first hours set in the Old Skool Arena at K2's massive Summer Showdown is up for grabs to one lucky DJ. Along with a set in the Drum and Bass / Breaks Arena for the winning MC. This is the perfect opportunity to get your name out there and to show us all what you can do.

All you have to do is send us a link to a mixtape that is not longer than 20 minutes. We are happy for you to use any free filesharing site to host the link, but please no links to sites like myspace; just the direct download link.
DJ and MC duo's are welcomed, but please make it clear on you application e-mail that the mix is to be entered into both categories.
Please send your links to comp@K2-promotions.com along with a little bit of information about yourself, and you never know, it could be you up there with the likes of Slipmatt, Devious D, Ash-A-Tack, Jack-Knife, Vinyl Vera, Kidson and many many more.
Competition closing date is midnight on Sunday 19th July, and the winner will be announced on Saturday 1st August. Any entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the competition, but will be heard.
Please remember the winning DJ will be in the Oldskool arena, and unless the winners are a duo, the winning MC will perform in the Drum n Bass arena.
