    our families usual christmas dinner

    Main

    Steak,roast chicken , sausages , potato salad , benndals potatoes ( family recipe ), salad, veggies and cheese sauce.

    Dessert

    pavlova, trifle, cheesecake , jelly , fruit salad and ice cream

    mmmm cant wait

    1. hunter s thompson
    2. whiskey with ice
    3. frank sinatra, prokiev, danny elfman
    4. space 1999, cheers, the outer limits, looney tunes
    5. oxycontin
    6. the royal ham, blue cheese, pickled herring, eel
    7. red wine
    8. retire to my quarters in a drunken stupor
    9. a roaring fire
    10. spending way way way too much money and i hardly need neither giving nor getting any of this stuff but its not about that, its about christmasing with coca cola.

    It's all about watching Ben Hur and Flåklypa Grand Prix and old Donald Duck cartoons, I'll eat any old thing for Christmas as long as I get to see Charlton Heston or whoever fuck around the racetrack in that chariot.

    I had frozen pizza for the day before christmas once, it was the year we had lutefisk. Never again.

    i usually do sumthin diffrent every year, this year i'm doin...


    main: Lamb slow cooked in veal stock for 12hrs, then roasted, with rosemary cream sauce, lincolnshire sausages, roast & confit potatos, roast parsnips n carrots, celeriac, peas & yorkshire puddings

    desert: Chocolate moose with glazed oranges and rum n dark chocolate sauce

    Actually roast is german standard aswell but yeah, the royal family is too..I mean german :teeth:

    I´ll up pictures after the 24th, not sure but there will be classic german roast with a lot of italian influence.

    roast turkey (bun that)
    chipolatas (skinny-ass sausages basically)
    sauasge meat and mushroom stuffing (booom)
    assorted vegetation
    roast spuds
    fookin graaavy


    then for afters, either a 2 year matured christmas pudding
    treacle tart
    or various cheeses

    all hand made by my great grandmother, (by great i mean she's my grandmothers mother, i wasn't praising her.)
