Hi Guys new to this forum and just looking for thoughts on my mix and any tips you may have, i'm aware it has a few influences from other artists but it's really just experimenting,

I decided to listen to this based on two reasons.

1: The effort you put into your tracklist.

2: Timewarp VIP. My absolute guilty pleasure. No fucker plays it. If they do its the original.

Opening mix was tight. Not my cup of tea genre wise, but well mixed.

Liked hearing Zhu - Faded. Sucker for those vocals. Not too keen on the remix but like I said, those vocals just seem to crawl under my skin.

Avaritia doubled with Blind Faith was unexpectedly hench. Mix out was a little meh. Big gain drop but hey, I've heard A LOT worse.

Really didn't like Tangents - Culture Shock. Never heard it and hope I never will again. Those off tune chords/keys are fucking horrendous. Still, each to their own.

Buffallo into Deadline, two tunes I was really looking forward to but I found deadline was a bit quiet and then that glitch/tiny trainwreck happened. It happens, you moved on. Big ups.

Aztec came in with the bass pumped right up. Was tearing the dynamics up completely. Try and keep your head throughout the mix and keep an eye and ears on that EQ. EQing had been pretty sterling up until this point. I'm just glad you played the original though and not the Calyx & Teebee shitemix :teeth:

Timewarp time. At a live event with the crowd, that would've gone down a treat but it it didn't sit right in a mix through my headphones.

Final mix was slightly out. Just needed a nudge.

Overall mate I enjoyed the mix. A lot more than I thought I would tbh. As I said, it's easy to get lost in the music and it's what helps make a decent mix, but you gotta keep a certain level headedness to constantly check those EQ levels and scrutinise your beatmatching. First half was pretty damn solid and you had some awesome mixes.

You've gained a follower and I'll keep my eyes peeled for a new mix

Raa man !! Put some proper effort on that tracklist, defo good if your uploading on youtube man..
Defo a kind of Hospitality type set, big energy big sounding tracks, smashed from the start with the Ram-esque style, everything blended well
Just thought Aztek sounded alil funny like dust on the needle and just lost it from there for me am afraid.
Generally really good man, keep it up ! Think the gentleman about had already mentioned about EQ and i agree first section was solid
