    DJ'S For The Night:

    R.A.W a.k.a BBoy 3000 ( Destruct Recordings, N2O Recordings, Touchcrew.com)

R.A.W. a.k.a. BBOY3000 has been a legend in the Los Angeles dance music scene for the last 15 years. Originally a hip-hop DJ and producer, his career has spanned the current history of dance music from electro, to hip hop, to techno, to drum and bass. With an impressive discography featuring 28 vinyl releases, and 8 CD releases on labels such as Warner Bros, Priority, his own Void Audio imprint, not to mention the tens of thousands of mix tapes sold in his DJ career, RAW he continues to be one of the most influential and sought after turntable technicians and producers in the US.

His story goes back to the days of breakin and poppin. In 86 he experimented with drum machines and synths to create electro style tracks and later joined Brooklyn MC Silkskii to release a hip hop single and video called Depression 99 under the name Project X. Yet, he chose to spend most of his time spinning on the radio, various high schools and engaging in many DJ battles which has given him his inimitable style and arsenal of battle weapons.

In 1991, R.A.W. stepped into the underground techno scene and brought with him an entirely different sound. Heavy basslines, razor-sharp scratching, and reggae/hip hop lyrics mixed flawlessly, has made him a crowd favorite anywhere he plays. R.A.W.'s hard-driving mixes stay true to his b-boy roots, with a fusion of dance floor and battle styles that distinguishes him as a DJ that not only makes the crowd move, but one with serious turntablist skills as well.

This intense energy and style R.A.W. exhibits both on the decks and in the studio has kept him busy, and he is constantly touring both in the United States and internationally. He spends his down time in the studio producing tracks for Surveillance Sound and for his own imprints Void Audio Experiments and Judgement. R.A.W. represents the best of LA's underground music scene and he brings this extraordinary expertise and confidence every time he hits the turntables.

Submerged (OHM Resistance Recordings, Obliterati Recordings)

Submerged is the founder of the Ohm Resistance and co founder of Obliterati. He proved his point in the mainstream dnb world with the highly respected Ohmwreckers series working with and releasing with artists such as Impulse, Kiko, and Skynet, and releasing on Teebee's Subtitles label. Submerged completed two CDs with bassist Bill Laswell for John Zorn's Tzadik and Avant labels, remixed Herbie Hancock for Sony, and toured Eastern Europe, all in the first half of 2004; he made a miraculous recovery from an illness that should have killed him in the second half. Now setting the agenda for Ohm domination in 2005, and working in the studio with a fury that belongs only to the risen dead, Submerged is back.

Know for several releases on the stateside imprint Ohm Resistence, Submerged offers a very fresh and original take on Jungle Drum and Bass. Come see him perform LIVE alongside Bill Laswell as the two begin a week-long showcase of their newest collaborations.

Enduser (Enduser.sonicterror.net, Outbreak Recordings, U.K, Sublight Records)

Lynn Standafer is the unassuming, mild-mannered alter-ego of the one-man sonic wrecking crew known as Enduser. Born as the bastard son of KRS-One, Skinny Puppy, and Photek, and raised on a steady diet of hip-hop and early jungle records, Enduser smashes through genre walls with alternating punches of industrial strength drum and bass and hip-hop flavored breakcore. Since 1994, Enduser has been shredding through genre tags more quickly than they can be coined to describe his unique approach to the twisted world of hardcore broken beat music. Regardless of the labels on the dividers in record bins around the world, Enduser's music will always be defined by its use of complex drum programming and darkly distorted atmospheres to create a sense of frenzied unease. Take the viscera of a Romero film and the brooding of a Clive Barker novel and then splatter it against a landscape of urban decay at 200 miles per hour and you begin to get the feeling of an Enduser record where moments of calm ambience set up the vicious assaults of rhythm and noise. Enduser's is not music for the mindless rave zombie, and it is not for the faint of heart as it tears away at preconceptions about break-beat driven music while utilizing the best tricks of that well-tested tradition to excite and entertain.
With the help of radio play from John Peel, Bailey, and the Breezeblock on Radio 1, a string of great reviews, and with the backing of some of the top names in the hardcore and drum n bass worlds, Standafer's musical juggernaut has landed spots working with artists like The Bug, Panacea, Needlesharing, Soundmurderer, Resonant Evil, NYC hardcore band Terror, and countless others. His recorded output has become the stuff of legend on respected cult labels such as Ant-Zen, Mirex, Ad Noiseam, The Bug's Razor's X, and UK drum and bass leader Outbreak. In addition to Enduser's prodigious output, Standafer is also producing music for Acclaim US, scoring independent films, and operating his own experimental drum and bass label, Sonicterror Records. He currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio and frequently performs around the US and around the world.
