That Metallic Taste (Brasso Remix)

My first attempt at finishing off a DnB track solo. Normally I play percussion manually, so I had to learn about twelve different software tools to have a go at this.

All feedback is good feedback. I think this track is finished, and I really dig it. Anyone agree, disagree?

Anyone have any idea what genre of DnB this falls into?

What does it need? What should it lose?

Don't hold back.

no idea what genre of d'n'b this falls into - quite experimental i think!

good elements to it though - good for a first attempt

i'd maybe go for a more rolling steppa style drumline - whilst keeping all the cool drum fills - keep it up.

I realized after I listened to it on a decent set of speakers that the EQ is complete rubbish. Oh well, live and learn, right?

I'll be going back over it again soon to try and fix that.

btw, could you point me to a track that has the kind of drum beat you are referring to? I know what I like, but I'm not to familiar with all the DnB terminology yet.
