That Classic Jungle Break

Lots of tunes by logistics, conversations by mutt, i refuse by netsky, basically all those really soulful tunes have the vocal hit from an old jungle break it's a bit like i-uh but obviously not quite. anyone know what it is!? jungle music by logistics has a very clear but slightly pitched down version of it. it's on the first beat of a bar usually.

please please help, tell me what it's from, and where i can get it give me a link if you can
