text to speech programs

anybody know any text to speech programs that have the zarvox voice? The mac has the voice on thier speech but i have a pc. I want it to download for a opening for bassdrive.com. the voice is in the fresh signal where he says watch this space.

I don't know about the Zarvox voice, but there's a decent one built into Fruityloops.
