Template collaboration agreement

Hi all,

So I wrote a track with the intention of bringing a vocalist on board. So I've done that and the vocalist has written lyrics (I gave the working title however) and sung vocals for the track and it is nearly complete.

Now I haven't put in place a proper agreement, aside from verbal agreement of percentage share. In the past I've usually done by agreeing a basic percentage split share of any proceeds by email.

I thought I'd do it properly from now on so I was wondering if anyone has any links to sample agreements I can use??
