Really digging their stuff. Ironically the UK has sort of taken a back seat to all the exciting nu breed international producers coming through press wise at least....and these lads are part of the nu breed british producers imo.

Agreed! I think it's getting better though, thanks to labels like Gain/G2 and the whole Alpha Magic team, boh!!

I'll be sure to check these guys out properly then .. I have only one Gain tune and its a cracker.
With regard to internatty flava, I think 2003 saw a couple breakthroughs from Oz, Marky and that Brasil lot keep going strong with production, TeeBee, and heaps of cool stuff from the Americas. All that is great imo, drum'n'bass was born in the UK but has been festering in many other countries for a long, long time now. And its all good.

Not sure what it is about this new stuff, it just doesn't do it for me at all, maybe it's too much of a crossover style

Aint that the truth - Gain an Alpha Magic dist. are at the forefront of DnB and look to stay that way imo! The amount of tunes that gets pushed through by these guys is what separates them from the well-established labels only releasing 6 or so tunes a year!

Temper D & the K-Fire have been rinsin it these last 4-6 months 'specially with 'The Decision', But they are definitley not to everyones taste as Serum said - My mates are split down the middle, But for me, They hit the right buttons! ;)

Picked up 'The Decision' on the weekend, definately feeling that. Wasnt so keen on the flip tho.

Gain/G2 have definately had an impressive output. Didnt realise just how many of their tunes I had lol.
