Any one know the name of this tune? iv only heard it a few times a long time ago

but its kind of like trouble shoot in a way but the guy is talking about ravers taking pills before the drop

its really uplifting and cool sounding as well
 
no its none of them

it builds right up like that pendulum tune with the willy wonka sample in a way but they completely different tunes

its got arp leads in the background building up to the drop as he talks

its from about 2000-2006 maybe, but not after 2009.
 
thats definitely the sample but i think it was a little before dubstep like that was made but i guess that could be it but im pretty sure is was dnb
