Eyo!
This time I decided to record a studio mix composed of Drum and Bass tracks inspired by minimal / acid / schranz techno sounds known as Technoid D'n'B.
There's massive amounts of great new material coming out of this genre these days thanks to guys like Masheen / Proket / Pyro / Metrik / Raiden / Temper D and, ELP Collective, DSCI4, Flatline Audio, Offkey, Tilt, M-Atome and Nerve camps to mention a few but I have decided to show a wider perspective of TechDNB and include couple of older or overlooked tunes too.
Technically the mix has a lot of doubledrops and two tracks rolling together as this type of D'n'B is perfect for it but you can also expect some cuts, backspins, beat reverses and other type of tricks.
Vibewisely the set's purpose is to take you on a journey from Detroit via Glasgow and Moscow to the infected landscapes of Chernobyl and then straight to cold Siberia - hence the title.
