anywhere sell them for less than 20 quid each!? seems a bit steep. is it because they are better than othe rothers? i got some dirt cheap ones but my shure's wont stay on the headshell as the connections are so loose.

    anyone reccomend any?

I've had my technics headshells since 1998 and still work as new! Worth every penny mate.

Still seems stupidly steep for 2 headshells. surely there are ones just as good which are cheaper!

I don't see what could be different that with them to be honest.
Only thing i could suggest is check your Shure's box. If I remember correctly they include some spare washers for just an occasion.

all the cheaper ones are light and crap from my experience, and so weighting becomes an issue. its worth buying quality as they last forever....
