Last I was told the sample clearance wasn't happening, due to it being taken off the original Bob Marley track.

Serial Killaz got links galore though, so there's a lot of different options there - A lot of Reggae Soundsystems get Stephen Marley to re-sing over a lot of Bob classics for Dubplates, so that's always a possibility & possibly cheaper than the sample clearance itself...

yeah this is isn't out yet, but coming this year according to the man himself (recent post on a video of it being played in Australia)
