Drillcut has been producing electronic music since 2003, using different names for different styles (his other names are SpubteD, Tecimal and c13360). Aside from producing, he has been a DJ since 2002 and also does live-act performances since 2008. His first releases with Techhouse came in 2008 and now in 2010 he starts releasing Drum & Bass, again as a total newcomer despite his experience. His debut tune "Assembly" might be surprising to the unsuspecting ears of curious listeners.. Some details are reminiscent of Minimal Techno, but the tune is far from the Minimal DNB hype. Its multiple bassdrums, fast click-percussions and the overall rather technoid sounddesign in combination with the somewhat disorientated pads do exactly what hundreds of bigname producer-djs keep promising: breaking down musical borders and creating a new aesthetical approach to old music.

"T-FREE" is a free 320 kbps mp3 netlabel mainly for (dancefloor orientated) technoid Drum & Bass, ranging from percussive Techno-DNB to deep Neurofunk. It is a sister label of Tilt-Recordings (maintained by DJ Hektik as well) and has been releasing tunes as free downloads since August 2005. The label is not strong in visual design; has no artwork (not even a logo, only the Tilt-Recordings logo is used for it sometimes) and is all about the music and information structure.
