Synthwave, 'Wave' & 'Ambient Trap'

Some of these genre names are fucking stupid but the music is gorgeous.
First three are 'Synthwave' tracks - aka heavily influenced by retrofuturism, cyperpunk & sci-fi.

Now this is apparently called 'Wave', which I personally think is more like a chilled out trap beat. There's some real gems out there in this style. Again a lot are influenced by sci-fi & Japanese culture

I do like Wave now and then.
Whole mixes of it can be a bit of a "harmonic" overdose for me though

Yeah ditto, most Synthwave is cool but some are a little cheesy, that Neon Nox tune is my favourite so far i think.
