The Idea behind the intro is good , but you'll have to put some more work in it and fill it up a little more. Try some other drums or use some pads, just to make it more interesting. A part of your melody sounds exactly like Lady Gaga's Bad romance btw Don't know if that's a good thing =D The drop is ok , but you'll have to tame your bass a little, the drums really get swallowed by it. I think turning the bass's volume down a little might help already, or try sidechaining the beats with the bass.
