Subbass

I'm having problems with my subbass,
i can make them deep, but i can't put any power in it
like in this track:

The subbass that comes in the drop, if you play it a higher note there's like a FWWWWWHHHHHH sound which sounds very very nice, but if i try to do it with my subbasses, the result is like that Fwwhhh sound but very weak.

How can i make such a by me described FWWHHHH subbass?
help is much appreciated
 
compression and a little bit distortion and youre there.

nothing spectacular about making subs, its about how to fit them to the track and the rest of the elements perfectly.

i agree not too much to it really. if its not audiable then you mite wana try putting it up a octave would reccommend tape distort if pos

also did i mention making it mono?
