DnB [Still Unknown] Tune ID Help Please

Hey guys,

There's a tune that I've been after for months and months but I cannot find it anywhere... I've only ever heard it in this mix. Nowhere else. I hope it's not a dubplate!

I've been searching different websites and have been using Shazam to try to find it but no luck yet. It's doing my head in. Perhaps someone here can enlighten me..? Oh by the way, this was DJ Clipz mixing live on BBC 1xtra in 2003. Apparently the track list WAS uploaded to the BBC 1xtra website way back then but again I cannot find it anywhere nor can I find any copies/cached versions via Google.

The tune starts to get mixed in at 20:49 and starts to get mixed out at 24:45

This was a great catch, the tune also samples the "Gansta" vocal from Goodfellas. Whatever it was, certainly a gangster vibe on this track
