stay out la, the city is on lockdown..any ideas?

I heard this track played last night by concord dawn, when the played with the upbeats and state of mind they finished of with a real build up of a track cont really remember much about the tune but it had a sample of a man describing kaos in la " Stay of of LA, The whole city is on lockdown", if anyone is familiar to this tune some info would be well apreciated
 
heard it to bruv. swift dropped it as his last tune at herbal 2 weeks ago. Pretty crazy sample. Says about riots in L.A. I dont know what its called but i'm giving you back up so you do not seem completely insane :teeth:
