    what do you reckon?

im a pitch-ride guy so i dont really need a jogwheel. and im in need of a cdplayer or better 2. and im on a budget.

so now im deciding if these are worth theyre money or if i should invest in numark axis 4?

You won't be able to pitch ride with the pitch slider on this or the Axis 4 because the pitch slider is so small. It will be extremely difficult. The layout and ease of use of the Axis range is shockingly bad too.

You get what you pay for with this type of thing so spending €100 on a CD deck will get you an ultra basic model.

I'd save and get a low end Denon or Pioneer.

hm yeah, that it would be pretty basic was my first thought aswell. wasnt to keen on this one, thats why i asked.

but what about that pitcher on the numark axis being so small? is it really so small you cant even pitchride?! i mean, you could easily set it to 16% pitch so you dont have to move a lot to pitchride.

hm, guess i have to take a look at it in RL..

and with denon, are they any good? never heard of them tbh. did you mean something along those lines:
    http://www.thomann.de/de/denon_dn_s_700.htm ??

and the pioneer 200 is like 500 bucks -.-

I have the one up from that. The DN-S1000. Its very good for the price and the pitch fader is large enough to pitch chase with.

That is pretty much exactly the same apart from the jog wheel.

as i said, i think i wouldnt use the jogwheel as much, so that would be fine with me.

still nearly 400€ - think i have to look around for a second hand one. hmm.
