Speeding up - Slowing down in logic 9

Hi all,

Complete noob in logic and working on my first tune. Excuse me if this is a really simple/stuped question!

Basically im trying to add a drum break onto my track so it fits in time with the other breaks i have within it. Basically the one i want to use is too fast for the other drums so sounds clangy.

Is there a good way to speed it up or slow it down so it goes in time?
