The return of Spearhead Presents...

Friday 27th April @ Carnival, Norwich

It's been 3 years since the last 'Spearhead Presents...' night in our home city of Norwich, so we knew that when we returned we would need to do it in style.

On Friday 27th April we will be dropping down at 'Carnival', Queen St. Norwich in the newly refurbished intimate venue.

Watch this space for more information, we will confirm the special twists in proceedings nearer the time. For now, here is the lineup so far...

HEDFLUX (Broken Robot Records)



Just back from his second tour of Australia & New Zealand we welcome Hedflux for a rare set back in his home city of Norwich.

Steve Young aka Hedflux is synthesising a gleaming new horizon in electronic dance music. Integrating chunky tech-funk with refined psychedelia, the result is a genetic hybrid characterized by laser-precision engineering, liquid-tight grooves and a visceral, hypnotic energy.



The seminal 2010 track "Mindcell" exemplifies the Hedflux sound. Spending 10 weeks at the top of the Beatport breaks chart, and becoming the 3rd top selling breaks track of the year, Mindcell went on to win the coveted “Best Track” award at the 2011 Breakspoll International Breakbeat Awards. Steve also received nominations for “Best New Producer” and “Best New DJ”, with Broken Robot Records nominated for “Best Label” and “Best New Label”.
