SP:MC (Shogun Audio) now available exclusively through ESP agency

Making the breakthrough into the world of the D&B MC is no small task, yet 28 year-old SP:MC has managed to establish himself as one of the busiest and most innovative on the circuit in the last 5 years.

After establishing himself as DJ Friction’s MC of choice, he proudly represents Shogun Audio and Emcee Recordings. He has also represented for labels as diverse as Hospital, Renegade Hardware, Commercial Suicide, Prototype, Bassbin, Good Looking, Metalheadz, Quarantine, Digital Soundboy, Soul:R, Exit & Valve.

In 2008 he will not only continue performing worldwide alongside Friction but also take the chance to play more gigs with the DJs from our roster and beyond.

SP:MC is also making waves in the dubstep scene. Keep your ears peeled for SP’s firing Dubstep tracks "Trust Nobody" &"Future" [with Joker D], set to be released on 'Tempa' in April 2008. SP:MC has recently been booked alongside dubstep artists like Youngsta and Skream, and welcomes similar inquiries in the future.

Another major goal is the continuation of his production efforts. Previous collaborations with Breakage on Shogun Audio and Bassbin set the standard, and more recently his tracks with fellow MC Verse ['Surrender', 'Border Patrol', and 'Lost Souls'] received heavy rotation fromthe likes of DJ Friction, Andy C, Goldie, Marky, Grooverider, Fabio, D-Bridge, Marcus Intalex, Doc Scott & Break. With further collaborations with Verse, Breakage, D-Bridge, Break, Commix, & Alix Perez in the pipeline, 2008 is shaping up to be yet another big year...

sp's new bars were absolutly disgusting last night. he stood out above all the other mc's there. by far the best in the game today, no one comes anywhere near close to the guy.
his tune knowledge and love for the scene is unmatched as well.

there WAS a Dbridge SP mix about a month ago. Still rinsing it in the whip!

try searching it..I think It was RBMA radio. let me have a look
 
Such a classy MC, knows when to talk & when not to - a talent that not many of the top MC's seem to have.
Saw him friday night, sick!
