sony acid pro 7 - changinging the tempo of single tracks in a mix

Hi all

I need advice on how to change the 'tempo' of a single clip in a mix on sony acid!

at the moment if i right click to change to the original tempo of one clip the whole entire mix of clips changes to the same!?, why is this?

how do i get over this problem

advice very much appreciated
