I heard it in a bar a while back. The intro includes a jamaican voiced vocal part, then does into DnB for 16 bars then drops into dubstep for 16 bars, then back to DnB then back to Dubstep. Overall it sounds somewhere between 150-170 bpm. Very sure it was produced after 2010. Has the typical skrillex dubstep sounding snare.

Anyone have any idea of the name?

Sadly its not. the track im thinking of is like "Skrillex DnB ting" the drop is DnB for 16 bars, then drops into a funky almost glitch hop like dubstep.

It isn't Dubstep. Dubstep is 140 bpm. It will be halftime DnB at ~170bpm.

Like this tune by Noisia. It drops in to a halftime beat at 1:08 then drops into normal DnB drum pattern at 2:15.
