I've been looking for 2 years.

It's a heavily autotuned voice over a pretty standard drum and bass song.

The voice goes like: I (half note pause) and then something sounding like teardrop, feeling or something similar (high note on the first part (tear) low note on the second part (drop)) repeated three times.

some more hints:
-it was released before 2014
-it was used in a tf2 frag movie (~20k views) (not propane nightmares)

abit more info. male/female singer link to said video clip does the lyrics go "something something hospital. im guessing its a tune by FIENT as they are used alot in tf2 frag movies. anyway give us more clues!
 
Pretty sure it was a male singer, but there was so much autotune it could've been a deep female voice. The only "lyrics" I remember are what I already described, it just sounded a lot like something from hospital records. And the worst part is that I can't find the video. I would've just used shazam at that point or something but I can't find it. I even looked through playlists of tf2 videos and through all my likes/recently viewed videos on youtube.
