I know some of you will say it's Jungle music or Drum and Bass but I'm more on the music without the jungle beats, sounds like some kind of japanese/manga music isn't it ?

It depends on what you're after. The atmospheres (I think you're referring to) in the background could literarily come from anything (as it's probably a modified sample)... I'd search through some stuff in the Ambient genre or IDM...? I think that's what you're searching from.
