So I have this project

I have this final project for my senior year of high school to do come spring-time, and I was wondering if anyone here had any idea of any books and/or websites on DnB history?

im sure i heard that goldies autobiog has alot on his side of the history of dnb (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos...3265/sr=1-3/ref=sr_1_11_3/202-6541390-0131860) and also a book called "last night a dj saved my life" has a section on dnb and hardcore etc...http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos...43578/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_2_1/202-6541390-0131860

 

One of the best books I have ever read on d&b is
"All Crew Muss Big Up"
it talks about the early days, the feeling of anticipation, the adventures, the dj's the artists and most importantly about the freedom that is d&b. it's great because it covers a lot of aspects of the developing business behind the scene's. I think it came out in 2000. So it doesnt cover a lot of the new school. but a fantastic read all the same.

it's a history on electronic music, but it has an extensive section on dnb/jungle.

the whole book is quite amazing..just in an of itself.

"All Crew Muss Big UP!" is a definite.
I know the author Brian personally and the book covers everything!! (It even has a word index at the back for all Ebonics and slang, cracks me up)
Wish I had projects like that when I was in college man...
