i dunno if any of you ride or are interested in it, but i just got back from my uni holiday to les arcs. had a wicked six days riding, improved a lot, and scared myself shitless. here is a vid of me chucking a corc 540 (read corc as inverted/off-axis) off a wind lip, at around 3000m altitude :D

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B91LpFmxPDk

there are some proper epic bail vids of me hitting the same thing, but i havn't got them yet.

i also managed to come across a sheer cliff about 20 ft tall, with rocks and trees at the bottom, and had to climb down/around it and came close to falling a few times, the trees saved me luckily... properly bricked it a few times though

nice dude, i dont bored but i been skiing long as i care to remember, normally hit up val d'isere cos we got a place there (when i say we, i mean my old man) only started hitting the parks and that in teh last few years tho, jumps are so much bigger than they look, can be kinda daunting

Id love to snowboard! Have only ever skied. Used to have major isses with the chair lifts though. I once tried to use one of the lifts where you put it between your legs but messed it up and ended up being dragged up the hill on my face which was a good look.

yup ive done that one too. i looked good too with baggy snowboard pants and a wu tang hoodie and before i knew it, dragged up the slope on my face. i like the cats who dont bail when they get hung up in the lift, just defiantly being dragged on their belly for 5 kms

ive seen ppl skiing and snowboarding all week! its madness.

If it don't melt soon Im gunna start my own timeshare company and start doing "free condo's for the weekend if you come to ONLY one meeting to talk about timeshares...."

your vid isnt IMO a fs5 corced due to the fact your front flipping 1st and then bringing the last 180 around , its not even a fs rodeo due to its not a front shoulder dip behind you to get you that snap up n around you need to do to get a fs rodeo to spin ...

    basic fs 5 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tFbmvQd1Y0

    fs rodeo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okCnzj9X7mc

    fs cork 5 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2XEIie8bRo

please note theres not 1 out of all of those that starts off with a frontflip !!!!!

never been to les arcs heard some good things , id rather go back home to les deuz alps where i wasted 3 solid yrs of my life riding my life away ,.. cant wait to go jibbing this season as ive heard the snows amazing in europe already :not_worth

there has always got to be one smart arse eh?

ok, if we are going down the tech route, its a fs shicane (a rodeo, but a frontflip rather than a backflip), but it feels like a corc 5 when i do it. also that is what i was trying to acheive. so bleh
