Slow days, but fast weeks. They key is a late lunch around 2pm.

Besides that I thought you were only working 2day weeks moskit and finishing at 4.30!

    True...

Been taking late 30 min lunches & leaving earlier.

Only 2 days this week (due to b'day), then back to normal next though...

Reckon its the heat, coupled with anticipation of Shy FX & Instra:mental tonight & then Hospitality Saturday! ;)

Damn it man, you have all the fun!

This weekend is going to be spent with the usual combination of booze and sunshine.

Went to the docotros yesterday though and was told I have RSI/Carpal tunnel syndrome from scratching/mixing so I have to lay off it for a month.

    weak.ass.shit.

Wish I hadn't spent £100 on vinyl before I went to the doc's.

    I'm sure it's the weather...

When your sitting in a hot office just wishing you could be in a nice beer garden with an ice cold pint the days just DRAG!

Apparently it's going to be pissing down with rain by tomorrow so we shall see!

    Shy FX, Instra:mental & Nu:Tone with SP & Wrec @ Spoonfed - Fez Club - Cambridge.

£7 on the door... £1.50 bottles of Fosters & WKD.

Shy FX is well in my top 3 favorite DJ's of all time & have never caught Instra: live, so should be amazing!

you get pains in your wrist, up your arm and in your hand. you feel loads of pressure in your arms and hands. It hurts all the time. It's sort of like a trapped nerve and can lead to weakness in the hand.

Good news is that it goes after a while. you just need to let your hand build up strength but if you keep rinsing it then you'll do yourself some serious damage which will require steroid injection to the wrist/surgery on the thumb.

It's my own fault really, getting home from work everynight and putting my djm 909 to good use for hours on end.

Dr just said I've got to lay off the djing related stuff - i.e. repeatative movements over a small distance - for a month and it should be fine.

Obviously it's not the djing and the furious wanking I've been doing ;)

My dad has Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. He's a joiner but he's on Incapacity Benefit and hasn't worked because of it since 2005. He's had 2 ops on his wrists to try and get rid of it but they are fucked. He's only 49 as well.

It basically ceases up the tendons in your hands so you can't lift anything heavy and restricts the movement of your wrists and fingers.

    nah, got a 3g.
only real difference between that and 3gs is a slightly better camera and ability to take videos.
plus a few little backround fixes.

best but of kit i've owned tho, seriously (y)
