slicing loops n stuff how do u do it ?

    slicing whats the point in doing it ? im using reason ive got a song going the beats alryte the sytnh is nearly there but what shud i do really. am i supposed to use rex loops cz in my eyes this is cheating, cz its effectivly using other peoples samples.

    what does the rex drum thing do in reason and should i really use it?

    slicing a break and restructuring it is fun for a start!
    if its cheating then 90% of producers cheat!

    layer one shots over breaks and see what u can do.

    its not compulsary to do it tho.

    nobody starts from scratch these days
    sampling is a very common en important thing in dnb, and this is not cheating
    as krease said, it's fun for a start, plus it doesn't matter wich sample you use, it's how you use it

    you can make your own breaks and rex em-you get a whole diffrent world when you resample
    you can also thro rex loops in the nnxt
    now this is where the fun begins
