I'm constantly listening to Meshuggah at the moment. Not quite the same but their Koloss album is brilliant

yeah a few people told me to check out meshuggah but the whole growl death metal voice pisses me off.
dunno slayers vocals arent quite cheesy megadeth, not quite redneck metallica they are kinda just there on top of cool tracks.lol

I felt the same at first, but I think it suits the tracks perfectly. I'm mainly listening to everything else anyway, but the vocals in 'Bleed' are sick

Definitely my favourite tune. First minute of this is one of my favourite minutes in thrash. That riff at like 50 seconds.....

Not heard their new stuff really. They stayed more consistent than most thrash bands though.

Always liked Slayer, Dead Kennedys,Misfits, Old Metallica, Even "STranger in a Strange Land" by Iron Maiden was good. Shame about the smelly sausage fest that is metal...hmm some DNB nights only difference is the over powering smell of aftershave eh

Ah shut up, Papa. Slayer is as good as having a foursome with 3 headbanger women. Preferably naked. And drunk.
