It's not bad but there's a few things kind of bugging me about it. Not mad about the snare sound being used. It sounds a bit flat and tinny, think it needs more low end on it. And I'd probably use that vocal sample that you have in it a bit less, but I presume you'll probably end up doing that yourself as the track develops. Don't really like that synth that comes in at th 53s mark. Just doesn't sound right to me.
Apart from that though, it sounds pretty cool.
