Yes i know that, i wouldn't say it's rare as it's been uploaded here quite a few times and it's on shit loads of other sites too.

is this the full set or just half as it only seems to be 29MB so its either shit quality or not the full thing...

As for it being rare no not at all, one of the first sets I got hold of, but it is hard to find decenty copy of the full set.

Rare? Not even close.
Legendary? Absolutely.

It's from University of Toronto's radio station, CIUT, and definitely '98. Unfortunately all the links to this set that have been posted are terrible quality from any versions I have ever heard of this.
