Should I unfreeze channels before exporting?

In cubase I always freeze channels and I want to export this song (which I will send to a mastering place, I rememeber someone mentioned the place that does big name dnb producers mastering, I'd like the feel of a dnb roller on a tune that is kinda like dubstep actually)

So basically, does it matter if I freeze channels before I export?

I don't see why it should but i'm in ableton not cubase. You could export one with frozen channels, and one with unfrozen channels and compare them?
