I'm a bit stuck
See I've just found a site which hosts 320kbps 91-93 oldskool hardcore/jungle
should I download some or does it matter alot?

Because I'm not sure if its illegal or not

Is it legal if its that old?

it only becomes "free" once the author/artist has been dead for 50 years

that's why anyone can publish Bram Stoker's Dracula or Beethoven's 5th, but we haven't quite reached that point within "pop music"

dont do it!

i once downloaded a nicky blackmarket helter skelter set, it took about 4 minutes, and as soon as the download bar disapeared 14 members of the sas krept up behind me, put a sack over my head, took me to an abandoned warehouse and interrogated me for 2 days asking me where i got the link from and who gave it to me...

i said jill dando, was the first name that came into my head, i heard that was the real reason she was shot

After death relates to written works.

Music copyright is calculated differently. That's why McCartney is lobbying to extend the term so he can keep on making money off early Beatles tracks.
