Hey guys, how are you doing?
If you frequency split your basses for making them sound large and dirty, you might find they sound unbalanced & full of nasty artifacts when you use multiband distortion.
So I made this tutorial on how to stop that from happening and get a nice, well balanced bass with healthy amounts of distortion:
