Shops in london to listen to monitors before buying

Easy everyone,

So I'm looking to buy some new monitors, I've checked out a bunch of threads for recommendations and got a good idea of which models are decent but the standard advice seems to be go to the shop to listen to them... does anyone have any recommendations of the best place in London to do this?

We got a P.M.T (Pro Music Technology) here in Essex (southend) I think there's one in Romford too. That's a great place to start

Remember that monitors sound different in different rooms, unlikely that a shop is going to be acoustically treated.

There are loads of music shops in Tottenham Court Road. Im sire theyl have a few shops worth a look. If nit tgeres andertoms in guildford (just south of london). They have a good range
